How do you qualify your leads?

Our agents use a customized pre-qualifying lead sheet during calls to collect quality data, and provide you with the most information possible regarding your lead. As we get warm leads, we email them to our clients in real time, so that they can quickly follow up and seal the deal. 

What type of cold calls do you do?

VirtuaLink can act as a first point of contact for any small business or team. Although we specialize in Real Estate, we can work with any type of business as long as we have a script and clear instructions.

Do you call on holidays, weekends, or after-hours?

Our hours of operation are 10am-7pm ET, Monday-Saturday. We only call during that time. We do not call on holidays or after-hours.

Do you generate leads?

We do not generate leads at this time. However, when that feature is available, we'll be sure to update our site and notify our clients.

Are your callers trained?

Yes! Our callers are trained thoroughly on how to build rapport, qualify leads, as well as how to handle caller objections and rejections. 

Do you provide scripts?

We provide custom scripts, for $25. To order a script, please email us your contact information below, and we will contact you within 24 hours.

 

Script invoices must be paid before script is used for campaign.

Will I receive a call report?

You will receive a full, detailed call report to your email, once your list is completed. The call report will include the name of the agent that made the call, the date and time of each call, call result (such as disconnected, bad number, etc.), as well as any notes taken during the call.  In addition, warm lead sheets will be emailed to you in real time throughout your campaign, so that you can quickly follow up with your contacts.

Will you call my list more than once, in an attempt to get in contact with any leads that did not answer?

We will only call your list one time. Our dialer system will automatically record each call result and email you an excel spreadsheet at the end of your campaign, so that you can quickly and easily filter out the contacts that did not pick up the phone and add them to a new spreadsheet.
